RETURN & EXCHANGES POLICY

This Return & Exchanges Policy forms part of our Refund Policy and applies to all purchases made through our website.

Faulty Products Only Body London United Ltd. only accepts returns and exchanges for products that are faulty, defective, or incorrectly shipped.

Return Period Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order if the product is faulty or incorrect.

Eligibility To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be: • Faulty, defective, or damaged upon arrival • Incorrectly shipped (wrong item or size) • Unused and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact

Exchanges Exchanges for faulty products are subject to product availability. If an exchange is not possible, a full refund will be issued instead.

Return Address All returns are processed through our fulfillment partner. The return address is located in Turkey (Navlungo fulfillment center). Return instructions will be provided after a return request is approved.

Return Shipping Costs Return shipping costs for faulty or incorrect products are covered by Body London United Ltd.

Refunds Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable processing time.

Non-Faulty Products We do not accept returns or exchanges for products that are not faulty. Please ensure you review product details, sizing information, and images carefully before placing your order.
