1. PARTIES

By accepting this Agreement, the BUYER acknowledges that if they confirm the order subject to this Agreement, they will be obliged to pay the order amount along with any additional charges such as shipping fees, taxes, and other applicable costs, and that they have been informed accordingly.

2. DEFINITIONS

For the purposes of this Agreement:

  • Ministry: Ministry of Trade
  • Law: Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers
  • Regulation: Regulation on Distance Contracts
  • Service: Any consumer transaction other than the supply of goods, carried out or promised in return for a fee
  • Seller: The company offering goods to consumers within the scope of its commercial activities
  • Buyer: A natural or legal person acquiring goods or services for non-commercial purposes
  • Website: The Seller's official website
  • Orderer: A person placing an order via the Website
  • Parties: Seller and Buyer
  • Agreement: This contract concluded between the Seller and the Buyer
  • Product: Movable goods subject to sale, including digital content such as software, audio, visual materials, and similar intangible goods

3. SUBJECT

This Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product(s) ordered electronically by the BUYER via the SELLER's website, in accordance with Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

All prices listed on the website are sales prices. Prices remain valid until updated or changed. Time-limited prices are valid until the specified expiration date.

7.1. Product Features

The essential characteristics of the product(s) (type, quantity, brand/model, color, etc.) are available on the Seller's website. If a campaign is organized by the Seller, the relevant product features can be reviewed during the campaign period.

7.2. Pricing

Prices listed on the website are final sales prices. Prices remain valid until updated or changed.

7.3. Payment

The total price including all taxes and shipping fees is displayed during checkout.

9. GENERAL PROVISIONS

9.1. Information and Acceptance

The BUYER acknowledges that they have read and understood the product details, pricing, payment method, and delivery information provided on the website and have confirmed this electronically.

9.2. Delivery

The product(s) will be delivered within the period specified on the website, depending on the BUYER's location, and not exceeding the legal maximum period of 30 days.

10. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of delivery, without providing any reason, by notifying the SELLER.

11. NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS

Products prepared in line with the BUYER's request or personal needs, including but not limited to underwear bottoms, cosmetic products, and single-use items, are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

12. DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES

If the BUYER makes payment by credit card and defaults, they accept that they will pay interest within the framework of their agreement with the issuing bank and will be responsible to the bank.

13. COMPETENT COURT

In disputes arising from this Agreement, complaints and objections shall be submitted to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court located in the place where the consumer resides or where the transaction took place.

14. ENFORCEMENT

By completing the payment for the order placed via the Website, the BUYER is deemed to have accepted all terms and conditions of this Agreement.
